Buğra Öngen

Student of political science and international relations, Malatya

Buğra Öngen is a student of political science and international relations at İnönü University, working where politics, international relations and technology meet: how infrastructure, data and platforms reshape the power of states.

Sabri Buğra Öngen studies Political Science and International Relations at İnönü University, alongside a double major in Political Science and Public Administration and a minor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and is also enrolled in the associate programme in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Technology and Operation at Malatya Turgut Özal University. The path explains the approach: the questions of politics, thought through with the tools of engineering and technology.

An Erasmus+ exchange led to international relations at the Faculty of Law of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. In 2025 Buğra took part in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, meeting statesmen and diplomats and deepening an understanding of international diplomacy.
